Things that you need to produce in order to apply for a personal license include BIIAB NCPLH certificate, a basic criminal disclosure, and a completed personal license application form. Once you complete all these formalities, you can submit them at your nearest authority’s office. It does not take much of time because you get the license as soon as they verify the authenticity of your documents. It can be delayed only if you do not fulfill any of the abovementioned conditions or found guilty for some legal offence.
